Oluwatoyin Aiyepola is a seasoned lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
She previously worked in the Corporate Commercial Practice Group of Jackson, Etti & Edu, where she also served as Deputy Sector Head of the Firm's Public Sector. Over the course of her legal career, she has provided legal services to more than 140 companies, non-profits, government regulators, and agencies, advising on business structuring and restructuring, employment, general commercial and corporate matters, contract drafting, review, and negotiations. Toyin regularly conducts training seminars for in-house counsel at multinationals on structuring employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
In 2023, Oluwatoyin was nominated by The Future Awards Africa— referred to by Forbes as the "Nobel Prize for African Youth"— for her contributions to legal development in Nigeria.
